[/marco_header][vc_empty_space height=”15px”][vc_column_text]To our valued guests, given the rapidly escalating government health warnings around the COVID 19 pandemic we wanted to personally reassure you that the Kipling’s family is doing what we can to minimize the potential community spread of the virus.It’s our top priority to protect patrons and staff by taking steps to mitigate the risk of transmission of infection within the venue.
In addition to our normal high standards of hygiene we have implemented sanitation stations for staff and patrons throughout the bar. We are reminding & retraining staff on safe hygiene practices, deep cleaning of common equipment, such as Eftpos machines and tills as well as door handles, candles and furniture on a daily basis. We are ensuring that any staff who feel unwell will stay at home. During our regular staff training and insights we will be supporting our staff to manage safe practices while in the venue.
We have a full calendar of wine dinners booked for 2020 and we will be adjusting the format for these so that guests can feel confident to come together to enjoy what we do best – great wine and food.
As we all monitor the COVID19 situation, it is important to remember that we are here to support the community and offer some distraction from these challenging times. As things develop, we will adapt to ensure the high-quality venue you enjoy is maintained with continued safe and hygienic practices.
