cooked over open-flame charcoal by our Brazilian Chef; Thiago

and served Rodizio-style; skewers at your table.

On Arrival
• Cripsy polenta chips, Parmesan, truffle aioli

From the BBQ
• Chorizo sausage
• Garlic prawns
• Peri peri chicken wings
• Lime & garlic pork scotch fillet
• Chimichurri lamb rump
• Beef rump cap
• Cinnamon glazed pineapple

From the SALAD BAR
• Asian slaw salad with Thai herbs, pickled carrot, sesame ginger dressing (gf)
• Green leaf salad, Palm heart, cherry tomato, chardonnay vinaigrette (gf)
• “Brazilian” style potato salad with green apple, celery, carrot, fresh herbs (gf)
• Cauliflower salad, quinoa, pickles, almonds, pomegranate molasses(gf)
• Pumpkin salad, chipotle honey, pepitas, preserved lemon labneh (gf)
• Chickpea salad, toasted pearl barley, basil pesto, pistachio dukka

Served alongside a selection of Brazilian BBQ condiments such as: steamed rice, black beans,
cassava powder, pickled chilli’s, tomato relish, bbq sauce, chimichurri sauce, hot chips (kids)
