Sitting Times: 11:45 – 1:30pm or 2pm – onwards

$80p adult (including glass of sparkling for Mum) | $25 kids 4-12 years

Entree

Kingfish sashimi with green chilli, coriander, coconut cream and nam jim sauce.

OR

Honey, garlic, butter roasted carrot tortellini with goat cheese, pistachio and beurre noisette.

Main

Pan fried  barramundi With leek, clams, edamame, saffron broth and garlic crouton.

OR

Zucchini and corn fritters with grilled   Halloumi, hung yoghurt, molasses dressing.

Lamb rump with blackened red pepper, couscous, Persian feta cheese and harissa sauce.

Dessert 

Strawberry mousse with white chocolate crackles, strawberry purée and baby mint.
