Kipling’s Garage Bar & Laurent Perrier Champagne are excited to announce that Tasmanian based Celebrity Chef Massimo Mele is back in Sydney for one night only and is bringing his pop up Italian Dinner ‘Tutti a Tavola’ here at Kipling’s. With his food philosophy being “Keep it fresh, use the best ingredients and let the produce be the hero”, Massimo and the team at Kipling’s will present an Italian Feast

Fried Mozzarella, sardine and basil sandwiches
Squid stuffed with zucchini and prawns
Marinated figs, mozzarella, wagyu bresaola
Ricotta Cavatelli, slow cooked pork cheeks, onions and Pecornio cheese
Roasted Mulloway “Acqua Pazza”, heirloom tomatoes, vongole, garlic & basil
Chocolate & hazelnut semifreddo
